Clients cannot log in via FTP
My clients cannot login to upload media via FTP. How do I fix this?
Most commonly this indicates that you did not set up FTP integration, and/or FTP integration has been broken on your server. To fix this, please login to your client area (or visit the Centova Cast documentation page), download the Centova Cast installation manual, and follow the instructions in section 2 to set up FTP integration.
I've already setup FTP integration but it still won't work!
