Refund / cancellation policy

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:

License Fees

You may request a refund for your license fee within 14 days of delivery of your license key. Refunds cannot be issued for any reason after 14 days.

Please try our product via our live demo before purchase to ensure that it meets your needs. Free trial licenses are also available here.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase. To avoid problems with our return policy, we will do our best to ensure that you know exactly what you're buying before you submit payment.

In the event that a client files a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us to attempt to resolve a legitimate issue, the chargeback/dispute will be treated as fraudulent and all payments will be deemed non-refundable.

Installation Fees

If you purchased installation service with your Centova Cast license:

  • Provided that your new server fully meets the installation requirements for Centova Cast as noted on our web site, we will gladly refund your installation fee if we are unable to install the software on your server.

  • If we find during installation your system does not meet our published installation requirements and the installation cannot be completed as a result, the installation fee will be non-refundable.

  • Once the installation is completed successfully, the installation fee is not refundable for any reason.

If you have any questions or concerns about our installation requirements (including the minimum system requirements for Centova Cast and/or whether or not Centova Cast will run on your server), please contact us before purchase.

Migration Fees

If you purchased migration service for Centova Cast:

  • Provided that your new server fully meets the installation requirements for Centova Cast as noted on our web site, we will gladly refund your migration fee if we are unable to install the software on your new server.

  • If we find during installation your new server does not meet our published installation requirements and the installation cannot be completed as a result, 50% of the migration fee (roughly the cost of installation service) will be non-refundable.

  • If problems are encountered during the migration due to inadequacies in either of your servers or their networking capabilities, we will do our best to work with you to work around such issues, however such issues are not eligible for refund of the migration fee.

  • Once the migration is completed successfully, the migration fee is not refundable for any reason.

If you have any questions or concerns about our installation requirements (including the minimum system requirements for Centova Cast and/or whether or not Centova Cast will run on your server), please contact us before purchase.

Upgrade Fees

If you purchased upgrade service for Centova Cast:

  • Provided that your new server fully meets the upgrade requirements for Centova Cast as noted on our web site, we will gladly refund your upgrade fee if we are unable to upgrade Centova Cast on your new server.

  • If we find during installation your new server does not meet our published upgrade requirements and the upgrade cannot be completed as a result, the upgrade fee will be non-refundable.

  • Once the upgrade is completed successfully, the upgrade fee is not refundable for any reason.

Professional Services Fees

If you purchased professional services time to have one of our technicians perform systems administration work on your server:

  • Be aware that you are paying only for our technician's time, and not for any guaranteed outcome in regard to resolving a problem on your server. Our technicians are well-trained and experienced, and will make every effort to resolve your problem in as little time as possible. Any time estimates provided by our staff are made in good faith based on the information made available to them about the problem at that moment in time. However, please understand that these are estimates only, and not guarantees; it's possible that some jobs may take less time than initially quoted, and some may take more time.

  • Once the technician has commenced working on your server, the professional services fee is not refundable for any reason, regardless of whether or not the problem has been resolved in the allotted timeframe.

  • We will gladly honor any refund requests for professional services fees prior to the commencement of work on your server.
