Can I upgrade my license if I reach my license limits?

Question:

I purchased a 10- or 25-stream license and I'm approaching my stream limit. Can I upgrade to a higher-capacity license without paying full price?

Answer:

Yes! For most license types you can upgrade any time -- see below for details.

To upgrade, just log in to your account at centova.com, click Manage product licenses, click on the license you want to upgrade, and then click Upgrade package.

Exactly how does it work?

For owned-to-owned license upgrades:

We'll simply take the current list price at the time of your upgrade, subtract the payment you originally made, and the remainder will be your upgrade fee.

For leased-to-leased license upgrades:

We'll generate a new invoice for the monthly or annual cost of the new license, and issue a prorated discount for any unused time remaining on your existing leased license, which will be credited toward the cost of the new license.

For leased-to-owned license upgrades:

For monthly leased licenses: You will receive a prorated discount for any unused time remaining on your leased license, which will be credited toward the cost of the owned license.

For annual leased licenses: Annual licenses are upgraded in the same manner as Monthly licenses, but because the pricing of Annual licenses is based on a 1-year prepayment, we only allow upgrades from Annual to Owned licenses for up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. After 30 days, Annual licenses can no longer be upgraded to an Owned license.
