I'm receiving the following error when attempting to access the Centova Cast web interface:Could not locate CentovaCast system files. Please check your settings in xxx. How do I correct this? Answer:
Typically, this error message indicates that open_basedir restrictions are enabled on your server, and need to be disabled as described here.If you are certain that open_basedir restrictions are not enabled, please check the config.php file in your Centova Cast web root, and verify that the SYSTEM_PATH setting points to your Centova Cast system files. If the SYSTEM_PATH setting is incorrect, change it to the correct path to your Centova Cast system files. |
