License Approvals

All orders are reviewed by hand for fraud prevention reasons.  License approval can only take place after payment is received and cleared.  The total time involved in license approval depends on your selected payment method:

• PayPal payments (funded by credit card or PayPal balance)
  
  Orders paid via PayPal are typically processed within 2 - 4 hours during business hours (PST time zone), and in any event, licenses are virtually always released within 24 hour from the time of payment.
  
  
  
• PayPal payments (funded through other means)
  
  Others paid via PayPal using an alternate funding source (such as an eCheck payment through a bank account) will be held by PayPal until the payment clears from your bank.
  
  We have no control over this hold period, and the length of time may vary depending on your bank and funding source.  Your license key will be released by our system as soon as PayPal releases the funds to us.
  
  
  
• Credit card payments (from 2CheckOut)
  
  For the protection of our customers, our vendor, 2CheckOut, manually reviews all orders for fraud prevention purposes.
  
  Your order will be processed as soon as we receive notification that the fraud review has completed successfully.  This typically occurs within 24 hours, and in any event, licenses are virtually always released within 48 hours from the time of payment.

If more than 48 hours has passed from the time of your payment and you have not received your license, please contact us.  This almost always indicates that your license information E-mail has been intercepted by spam prevention or other mail filtering software, or that your payment was not received.


Installation Service

If you ordered installation service, you will receive a confirmation message via E-mail when your order is approved (per the criteria above) asking you to open a ticket with our installations department.

Upon receipt of a properly-completed installation ticket, your installation will be scheduled for completion by a qualified technician as soon as possible -- typically for the following business day.
