What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:License Fees
- For re-issuable licenses (most clients are in this category):
Once we have provided your license key, you may request a refund for the license fee within 14 days of your order being approved. Refunds cannot be issued for any reason after 14 days.
For non-reissuable licenses:
Once we have provided your license key, your license fee is non-refundable. Note that this is stated prominently in bold on the order form, and before selecting this option on the order form, you were prompted to acknowledge and agree that this license type is non-refundable. More information about license types is available here. - Please try our product via our live demo before purchase to ensure that it meets your needs. Free trial licenses are also available here. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase. To avoid problems with our return policy, we will do our best to ensure that you know exactly what you're buying before you submit payment.
Installation Fees
If you purchased installation service with your Centova Cast license:
- Provided that your system fully meets the installation requirements stated on our web site, we will gladly refund your installation fee if we are unable to install the software on your server.
- If we find during installation your system does not meet our published installation requirements and the installation cannot be completed as a result, the installation fee will be non-refundable.
- Once the installation is completed successfully, the installation fee is not refundable for any reason.
