Centova Cast v2.1.2 Released

Centova Technologies is pleased to announce the immediate availability of Centova Cast v2.1.2. This is a minor update which addresses a few minor issues in v2.1.1, and adds a number of useful new features and improvements.

The following is a complete list of changes included in Centova Cast v2.1.2:

Minor new features

• Added single-sign-on support for user accounts
  
• Added option for clients to download zipped server logs for offline processing
  
• Added support for enabling/disabling port-80 proxying on per-account basis
  
• Added support for internationalized date formats
  
• Added support for suppressing metadata on IceCast servers
  
• Playlist list in the media library now shows the total track time for each playlist
  
• Number of tracks displayed in Recent Tracks widget (and on start page) is now configurable

• Icons in administrator's account list now indicate the stream current status (offline, online, or error)
  
• Added more distinct Suspend/Unsuspend button in account list
  
• Suspended accounts are now slightly faded, sorted last, and have a new icon in the account list
  
• Enabled playlists now sort above disabled playlists in media library
  
• Disabled playlist titles are now faded out in media library
  
• Disabled playlists are now shown as grayed-out and line-through'ed in the media library
  
• Removed use of sprintf() argument ordering in API client to better support earlier PHP versions

• Fixed drag/drop misalignment issue in IE6
  
• Fixed bug in which bitrate detection might fail with IceCast and live sources
  
• ProFTPd non-MySQL integration cronjob no longer displays warnings when 0 accounts exist
  
• Corrected minor JS errors if artist/album is changed while albums/tracks are loading
  
• Added internationalization support to playlist status/type in media library
  
• Added a number of overlooked internationalization strings
  
• Fixed encoding bug in API client
