Helpdesk Representative
A variety of full- and part-time sales/support helpdesk representative positions are available.
Job duties will include responding to sales and support inquiries via a web-based trouble ticketing system, troubleshooting client problems, and escalating tickets as required for further investigation.
Experience in managing ShoutCast servers and troubleshooting common ShoutCast/IceCast problems is required. Experience with Centova Cast itself, as well as common web hosting control panels such as CPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin, would be an asset.
Training will be provided as required.

Junior Software Developer
Centova Technologies is seekign a qualified software developer to assist in maintaining Centova Cast and related software products.
A minimum of 5 years' experience with object-oriented PHP is required. Experience with C/C++ is highly recommended and would be a significant asset.
