Real-Time Communications :: Interact LIVE with customers Centova WebSupport lets you engage in live instant messaging chat with your clients, responding to questions and concerns in realtime. Offering pre-sales support via Centova WebSupport is a great way to develop customer confidence and increase sales. Multiple Departments :: End-to-end support Each of your departments -- sales, support, billing, etc. -- can be configured separately in Centova WebSupport. Each department can set its availablility independently, to ensure that clients are always connected to a representative when one is available. When a department is unavailable, clients can leave a message which will be delivered via E-mail to the appropriate department's E-mail address. Push Objects :: Realtime instructional materials Centova WebSupport allows your operators to "push" images and URLs (hyperlinks) to clients in realtime. Pushed images will appear right in the chat window for the client to see. Pushed hyperlinks can either show up as a clickable link in the chat window, or the operator can choose to launch the URL for the user. In the latter case, the client will see a new browser window open on his desktop, containing the web page selected by the operator. Transcripts :: Automatic and searchable chat histories After every chat session, a transcript containing the entire conversation is automatically saved by Centova WebSupport. Transcripts can later be searched by operators, saving time and allowing the operators to take advantage of solutions offered to other clients during past conversations. Canned Messages :: Pre-defined, standard replies Centova WebSupport allows you to define an unlimited number of "canned" messages -- predefined phrases or paragraphs of text -- that can be sent to clients during a conversation with a simple mouse click. Canned messages can significantly reduce your average call time by addressing common issues that are frequently raised by clients. Operator Chat & Transfers :: Operator collaboration tools In addition to chatting with clients, Centova WebSupport allows operators to initiate chat sessions with other operators. This powerful feature allows operators to share information and support tips, and even allows interdepartmental collaboration when addressing support issues. If necessary, a client can even be transferred back to the support queue to be served by another operator. When combined with operator-to-operator chat, this queue-transfer functionality allows for call escalation and/or interdepartmental transfers to better address your clients' support needs. Branding & Themability :: Match your Corporate Identity Centova WebSupport was designed with themability and interface customization in mind. Adding your corporate brand is as simple as updating a few image files. Need more flexibility? The Centova WebSupport interface was designed using 100% XHTML and CSS, and all HTML is stored in plain HTML template files.
