Switchboard

The switchboard window is the main operator interface to Centova WebSupport. When a client requests support, a new call appears in the "Customer Calls" section. From there, an operator can obtain more information about the client, or accept his call.





Operator Chat

The operator chat window allows the operator to chat with clients and address any support issues. The Customer Information section provides quick, at-a-glace access to the customer's information, and the QuickSend box at the bottom of the interface allows the administrator to send "canned" messages, images, and URLs to the client.

 



Client Chat

The client chat window allows the client to chat with a support representative from your company. The interface is very simple and uncluttered.
