Switchboard The switchboard window is the main operator interface to Centova WebSupport. When a client requests support, a new call appears in the "Customer Calls" section. From there, an operator can obtain more information about the client, or accept his call. ![]() Operator Chat The operator chat window allows the operator to chat with clients and address any support issues. The Customer Information section provides quick, at-a-glace access to the customer's information, and the QuickSend box at the bottom of the interface allows the administrator to send "canned" messages, images, and URLs to the client. ![]() Client Chat The client chat window allows the client to chat with a support representative from your company.
